£13m office development in Wimborne, Dorset.

The team from Impress Interiors were very professional in helping us to
design a suitable layout for the new offices, within a very tight budget that
required us to reuse most of our existing furniture. They were also flexible
enough to work with us amongst changing requirements which inevitably
resulted in tight timescales to get furniture delivered and installed in time
for the opening of the new office.

team, which helped ensure that the end result was a professional working

As part of Cash Converters’ ongoing shop upgrades, Impress Interiors were contracted to gut and completely refurbish the shop floor area and counters. This is the second Cash Converters project Impress Interiors have won and we are hoping more will follow.

The works included the installation of a new suspended ceiling, partitions, wood flooring, counters and high security roller shutters.

Employer: Unity Tyre Co Ltd, Bristol

Project: Mezzanine Floor (10kN point loading)

Impress Interiors were brought in to design and install a specially constructed mezzanine floor to Unity Tyres’ workshop in Bitton, Bristol. As a fork lift truck would be moving around on the mezzanine, it had to be fitted with a metal plate to help spread the load and withstand 10kN point loading.

The existing building had to be refurbished, the delapidations included removing all the existing M&E, suspended ceiling, partitions, carpets, plumbing system and drains.

The new works included installing slat wall plumbing, block walls, drylining, suspended ceilings, decorations, carpets, bespoke joinery units and display units, electrical, intruder alarms.

The existing 1987 building had to be refurbished, the delapidations included removing all the existing M&E, suspended ceilings, partitions, carpets, plumbing system and drains.

The new works included installing a new mezzanine floor, plumbing, heating, vam unit, block walls, drylining, suspended ceilings, decorations, IPS system, carpets, Komfort polar single glazing, full-height cherry veneered doors.

We divided the existing warehouse unit, we then supplied and installed a new mezzanine floor, then fitted out the unit to form Sliderobes new showroom.

Works included new Lift, Electrics, M&E, dry lining, tape & jointing, carpets, new w/c, and the forming of the canopies so they could install their Sliding Walls.

This is the first of several new showrooms around the country.
